Earthquake in Taiwan

Just a quick update. There was an earthquake in Taiwan tonight, off the Southern tip, at about 8:30 p.m. Experts are estimating it was about 6.8-7.2. Mark felt our apartment shake quite a bit, but I was at the Jusco shopping mall and didn't feel a thing. Our apartment is on the 19th floor so makes sense he'd feel it more than me on the ground level. We're watching the news to see if there is any major aftermath, but so far it's okay. I've checked in to make sure our co-workers in Taiwan are doing okay and all reports are that they sure felt it shake, but no damage. There is reports of a 3 ft Tsunami heading for the Phillippines but I haven't heard if it has hit yet. Poor Phillippines. They are experiencing major flooding already from heavy rains and now this. Seems like they have had nothing but natural disasters these past few months.

Unfortunate coincidence is this is the 2nd anniversary of the big Tsunami so it's a bit eery to be thinking about a big earthquake today.
